SeniorCare is a plan designed for the senior segment, as it covers injuries that are particularly common amongst older people. It includes a Hospital Cash benefit, lump sum for Broken Bones as well as AD&D. It is a unique offer for this age group as it is guaranteed issue and requires no medical examination.
If you want to make a claim under this policy, you must contact us as soon as possible. We will ask you to fill in a claim form and we may ask you to go for a medical examination to support your claim. You must give us permission to get any medical reports and records that we need from any medical examiner who has treated you, otherwise the underwriter may not be able to pay your claim. We will pay for the medical examination and for any medical reports and records we ask for.
